Dot to Dot has been held in Nottingham for over ten years, a music festival that showcases some of the best up and coming talent in the industry, with Bastille and Jake Bugg performing there in the past. This year however saw the largest ever lineup at 35 venues across Nottingham, hosting local talent as well as bringing new artists into the city. Four years since their last album release, Lawson are back with their latest album Perspective. Lead guitarist, Mansfield’s Joel Peat, talks about their achievements and the inspiration behind the tracks.
