PREVIEW: Barn On The Farm 2018

Award winning Barn On The Farm has just announced it’s headlining acts for this year; an impressive line-up showcasing emerging artists and bringing fans even closer to the artists they love.

The three day festival at Over Farm, Gloucester, held on 5-8 July will see Tom Grennan headline on the Saturday. Already performing on his sold out UK tour it’s another great platform for the 22-year-old, who has yet to release his debut album.

Sunday see’s the stunning Tom Misch headlining the farm, an exciting talent who combines hip hop inspired beats with jazz, disco and techno to create a unique sound. After just releasing his debut album Geography, and with rave reviews he will delight the crowds.

Tom loves performing and is excited to appear at the festival this year, he says: “I’ve heard great things about Barn On The Farm so can’t wait to bring the band down to play! I’m excited to headline and have some friends join me on the bill!”

Those friends include the Mystery Jets, Tom Walker, Lewis Capaldi, Nina Nesbitt and Fickle Friends, who are set to perform a very special acoustic set! It’s certainly an impressive line-up and one for sure music lovers will be happy with – From the calming vocals of Ady Suleiman to the upbeat, get up and dance performance you can expect from Zak Abel there is something for everyone to enjoy!

With the line-up for Intimate Thursday and Behind Barn Doors Friday yet to be announced it’s exciting to see who will be on the bill.

The festival prides itself on ‘bringing new music closer’ and with past acts such as Ed Sheeran, Ben Howard, Bastille and Hozier they certainly have an eye for showcasing artists who go on to have major success.
